The pinhole camera is truly a means to soak up what is there before me. Each exposure is an experiment.  The light, protons, atoms, and electrons that fit through the hole in that specific and always varied, hand made time frame, are what soak into the effected emulsion.  There is no manipulation, no metal to bounce off of, what filters in the hole is the spirit of the place.
